Fighter Jet Chasing European High Speed Train

The passengers on this train were amazed and entertained by spotting 2 fighter jets following their passenger train. The principal plane you see here is a Dassault Rafale used the French Air Force. This train is going roughly 200 mph, that means this jet has slowed down to a near crawl (almost to it stall speed, compared to it’s max speed of 1,188 mph.) and fly over the train to the delight of everyone. The Rafale, literally meaning “gust of wind”, is a French twin-engine, canard delta wing, multirole fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation. Equipped with a wide range of systems, the Rafale is intended to perform air supremacy, interdiction, aerial reconnaissance, ground support, in-depth strike, anti-ship strike and nuclear deterrence missions.
