The annual Corgi Walk is held on the third Saturday of each August to raise funds for the Oregon Humane Society and the Corgi Rescue. The walk began at 10 am on Saturday, August 20, at 235 NW Park Avenue, Portland, Oregon at the intersection of NW Park and NW Everett in the Pearl District of downtown Portland. The Walk is approximately 1.2 miles in length and consists of a leisurely stroll along many streets in the Pearl. The organizers also provided a mid-walk hydration station for the Corgis just in case these little fellows might get thirsty. If you missed this years Corgi Walk, make sure you sign up for next years event.
