This is the last of the flying Vulcans, and will not be able to take to the skies after the 2015 flying season. A total of 136 Vulcans were produced at Woodford Aerodrome between 1956 and 1965, with the first entering operational service on 20 May 1957. The Vulcan was a strategic nuclear bomber aircraft operated by the Royal Air Force during the Cold War.
